India Sustainability Startathon is the qualifying round to select 15 young innovative leaders who will receive a fully-funded invitation to attend the ASEAN - CHINA - INDIA Youth Leadership Summit in Singapore. The program has five phases and engages participants in design thinking, rapid prototyping, business modeling, and a fundraising masterclass and a thrilling grand finale.

India Sustainability Startathon brought together mentors from across the world. This diverse group of mentors brought global expertise and experience to empower our young sustainability champions.
From prestigious institutions like Harvard University, IIT Delhi and University of London and more, they have honed their expertise in various fields, including fintech, sustainability advocacy, environmental solutions, and innovation mentoring. They provided valuable insights and guidance on the journey towards a more sustainable future.

ADVISORS
Arvind Lodaya is an alumnus of NID Ahmedabad and has worked extensively in innovation, design and branding. He was Dean of Research at Srishti and was the first HP Labs-Srishti Research Chair. He was a Visiting Scholar at the University of Gothenburg, Sweden, and an an academic mentor for various assignments at IIT-G, ISB Hyderabad, Stellenbosch University, South Africa, IIT Mandi and Ambedkar University Delhi.

Supriya PaNCHANGAM
Supriya has over a decade and a half of experience in building and managing relationships, marketing and brand building, facilitation, and mentoring. In recent years, her primary focus has been on establishing and managing thriving communities for aspiring youth and entrepreneurs. She is also the co-author of "Accelerating Her Business," a definitive guide to building successful acceleration programs, which is currently the only guidebook for Women Acceleration programs in India.
Supriya founded The Future Founders Co. with the aim of bringing global experiences to young people in India, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship opportunities in sustainability. The Future Founders Co. aims to provide transformative experiences by collaborating with youth alliances, social innovation designers, experts, activists, and youth entrepreneurship organizations worldwide.

Rohan Subash has a career spanning over two decades, with expertise in operations and stakeholder management in multinational companies like IBM and EY. His approach goes beyond conventional business practices, aiming to assist clients in discovering their strengths, enhancing their focus, shaping organizational culture, and ensuring effective execution.
